Custom-made merchandise (e.g., Nametags) are not returnable, however, if RTHC makes an error or the item is damaged we will replace it at no additional cost to you.

Memberships and membership renewals are not refundable per RTHC Bylaws Article III Section 5:

"Should a paid up member decide to drop out or has their membership privileges revoked, there will be no refund of membership dues paid under any circumstances. If a member inadvertently overpays their membership fee when joining or renewing, and within 12 months of the date of payment can demonstrate that overpayment was made and requests reimbursement, the Club shall reimburse the amount of the overpayment without paying the member interest or penalties."
